Auction House Guide - Make Gold With the Auction House

 One of the best ways to make gold fast in WoW is through the Auction House. It is imperative to know what you are doing though, or you could very easily lose gold in the process. We all know that old saying: Buy Low, Sell High! You always hear about it but how do we use it to our advantage? I made this guide to help you make gold with the Auction House. First thing you NEED is the auctioneer addon. This addon will save you time as it will help you find items that are selling way below actual prices. This is easily the one of the best addons in WoW functionality wise. Once Auctioneer is installed, you'll want to scan the Auction House 2-3 times a day throughout an entire week. This is done so Auctioneer can generate more accurate data for your particular server. Once in the morning and once at night would be ideal. With over a week of data stored, you are then ready to start buying items for coppers and selling them for gold. One quick tip though, don't always believe the Auctioneer, I've seen it mal-function a few times. Before you make a large purchase, always do a manual search for the item first. Make sure the price didn't drop because it is flooded in the market. Remember, the data Auctioneer generates will become more and more accurate as you scan it daily for longer periods of time. After you got your bargains, it's time to relist them. There are some simple guidelines to follow when you are relisting the items back on to the Auction House: 1. Always list items for 24 hours 2. Always set a buyout price on your items, don't set something outrageous and always set it a little lower than the competition, this will almost always produce a sale. 3. If possible look for items with little to no deposit fees (eg: Enchanting Mats), this will help you save money if by chance your auctions don't sell.
